Jincheng Tongda & Neal was established in 1993 in Beijing by a group of young PRC attorneys dedicated to creating a world-class law firm in China. Today, JT&N is one of the most dynamic law firms in the country, as well as one of the largest, with over 160 attorneys. Jincheng Tongda & Neal has distinguished itself as a leader in multiple practice areas, both international and domestic. 2008 MERGER WITH NEED INTERNATIONAL CREATES JINCHENG TONGDA & NEAL

In February 2008, the merger between Jincheng & Tongda and the law firm of Need International was finalized, creating a new firm, Jincheng Tongda & Neal. This merger is the most recent step taken by both firms aimed at enhancing their ability to provide the highest standard of legal advice and service to their ever-expanding roster of clients. The addition of the Need International team significantly strengthens Jincheng & Tongda’s international practice expertise and experience, and is proof positive of the firm’s commitment to taking its place as one of the foremost international law firms in China.
