Our Corporate Finance Service Team at Shanghai Office of JCTD provides the China HQs of Fortune 500 and international investors with variety of legal services in corporate, finance, M&A and FDI in China, etc.

Our practice areas include: reviewing, preparing and translating various commercial contracts, licenses, board resolutions and other corporate documents, providing for FIEs the legal support and consulting services in management and operation and regulatory compliances, assisting the clients in M&A and/or FDI related deal structuring, due diligence investigation, legal opinion, drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents.

Requirements and Job Description:

Our legal service team has been providing the China HQs of Fortune 500 and international investors with legal support and services from in-house and outside positions.

The responsive candidates shall be a holder of BL or LLM in Chinese Law, China Bar Certificate, have been practicing for two years or more at a well-known PRC law firm or international law firm’s rep office in China, or working as an in-house counsel at the legal dept of international prominent company for three years or more; you shall be fluent in English and Chinese in communication and drafting contracts and other legal documents, excellent academic background, burning desire for knowledge and skills and enthusiastic about working in legal profession, professionalism and team work are also necessary conditions for us to choose qualified candidates; we pay market competitive salary and bonus.
